About the Workshops
At ProKarate Rockford, our workshops are specialty courses offered in addition to our regular class schedule.
Our workshops can be tailored to individual audiences and are ideal for scout packs, schools, church groups, community organizations, and the corporate world.
Okinawan Bunkai
Monthly Workshop - 1st Friday of the Month 6:00-7:00pm
$10 Drop-In - Free For Karate Students
Join us the first Friday of the month as we work on flow drills, breakdown and practical application of Kata. This class will increase your understanding of the kata you've been practicing.
Self-Defense Badges For Scouts
Earn your merit badges while learning the basic techniques for safety, self-defense & conflict resolution. Classes can be specially designed for your troop's individual needs.
EZ Defense
At ProKarate Rockford, our EZDefense course is offered in a variety of progressive learning programs ranging from non-contact, one day classes to intense multi-week programs.
Peace Warriors
Peace Warriors is a program specifically developed for 7-10 year olds to build confidence by teaching effective conflict resolution skills.
