The Dojo
The ProKarate Rockord dojo was designed to be bright, welcoming, vibrant and encouraging. We wanted it to be a place where you would feel welcome, happy and part of a family.
The Instructors
Director Wendy Redding is a licensed Instructor with Yamashita International holding a 6th degree black belt in Shorin Ryu Karate & a 2nd degree black belt in Matayoshi Kobudo.
